Faith

There are some things that one just can't control, certain circumstances that are out of our hands, and all that we can really do is have a little faith that everything will turn out alright.

A positive attitude, good eating habits and regular exercise are what's required when one hits a snag when it comes to health. The support of family and friends is also vital to keep one in an affirmative frame of mind.

For those so inclined, prayer helps too.
